Problem feedback: I did not receive the game record after renewal

I renewed my subscription on October 27, 2025 (to Dongqing Liu, €9.99, trade number: 9AB68508FR261604J), but I have not received a single game record so far.
Could you please help me identify where the problem lies? Thank you.

I have the same problem

I renewed my subscription on the 11 June 2026 to MaceLee and have not received any game deliveries after 29 June 2026. And despite sending many emails to try to get the problem fixed I have not had a single reply.
